Rental Terms and Conditions

• All operators must sign a waiver of liability.

• The Lessee is responsible for any and all damages including but not limited to collision, theft, and vandalism.

• A 25% non refundable reservation deposit is required to confirm the reservation.

• Rental periods are typically 8 am on the first day of rental to 8pm on the last day of rental.

• Cost incurred to return the rental, running or not, to Eagle Lake Narrows Country Store is the responsibility of the renter.

• Eagle Lake Narrows Country Store reserves the right to refuse rental to anyone whom may present danger to themselves or others.

• No person shall consume alcohol or mind altering drugs before or during operation of the rental, prescription or otherwise. Some cold and flu medicines may reduce alertness.

• Proper safety equipment must be worn at any time the rental is being operated.

• Eagle Lake Narrows Country Store reserves the right to cancel the rental period due to unsafe trail conditions, without notice.

• Eagle Lake Narrows Country Store reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
